Plano - Estates of Forest Creek

The estates of Forest Creek is a beautiful mature neighborhood in Plano.  Custom homes of both one and two story nest in this quiet neighborhood off of independence between Spring Creek Parkway and Legacy.  Many of these homes were built in the 1980's.  As was the fashion in those days, most of the homes feature Oak paneling in the living areas. The homes will feature wood privacy fences and many have pools.  The lots do not allow for much backyard if a pool is present.

Great schools are within walking distance for both elementary and middle school.  Hikers and Bikers will also like the fact that the subdivision borders on the Chisolm hike and bike trail.  One can jog, walk or bike for miles without ever being on a busy road of any kind.   Also close by are an abundance of banks, supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants.
